VEGEA is made from 100% organic cotton that is coated with bio compounds from post-wine-making waste. - Eyelets: Zamak (metal alloy with zinc as base and alloying elements of aluminium, magnesium, and copper)
- Insole: Recycled cork + PU foam + BIO-ECO microfibre
- Outsole: Handmade LACTAE HEVEA® (from the milk of the Hevea tree; plant-based)
- 1 People logo: Embroidery from recycled polyester thread
- Produced in Portugal
Note: the outsole may have unique marks due to its handmade quality.
Care Instruction
Store in a dry area and avoid long contact with direct sunlight while storing. Use a soft brush or a dry cloth to remove dirt particles and then run a moistened cloth over the sneakers. Do not bleach.
MINDFUL CARE
We encourage you to stay mindful when you clean. Use recycled fabrics that you might have at home and clean after use to use again.

Shipping Policy
The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You are not required to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.

Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on face masks.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear & swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or the product’s quality is unsatisfactory.
PROCESS
In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].
After filling the form or contacting us for the return, we will send an email with a free return label. The item(s) needs to be packed in the box as you received it and wrapped to protect it. Print the return label and attach it on the top of the return package.
Request you to drop the package at the nearest shipping centre as mentioned on the label.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
REFUND
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, SiS will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. In regards to payment using foreign currency (except EURO), the refund will be credited using the conversion rate applicable on the day of the refund.
EXCHANGES
As soon as you discover a faulty, missing or damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or contact us at [email protected], if supported by us, with the following information:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description of the issue
The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.
You also have the option to exchange items instead of returning them for a refund. Select an item to exchange and contact us to initiate your exchange. You will be provided with the instructions and terms that apply. Please note that if you process an exchange as stated, there may be up to 1 hour waiting period before you can request to exchange another item from the same order and our Customer Loyalty Team will be subject to the same waiting period.
We just require the original item to be returned in its original condition and packaging (1People will provide a free return label).
