Shipping and Returns Policy

At EcoDreamr, we strive to provide a user-friendly and transparent shipping and return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping and return guidelines below.

  1. Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving payment.
  • In case of any delays or exceptional circumstances, we will promptly notify you via the contact information provided during checkout.
  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
  • We offer various shipping methods based on your location and the availability of services.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Our usual shipping provider Swiss Post will deliver your package within 3-4 working days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or unforeseen logistical delay. In this case you will be informed about the delay by email.
  1. Shipping Fees:
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your selected shipping method and destination.
  • We strive to offer competitive and fair shipping rates while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order.
  1. Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or a link to track your package.
  • You can use this tracking information to stay updated on the whereabouts of your shipment.


Returns:

  1. Return Eligibility:
  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the specific product page for details.
  • We do not accept return on gift cards and vouchers.
  • Downloadable software products are not eligible for return.
  1. Return Process:

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions or forms.
  • Please do not send your purchase back before receiving confirmation from our side.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

    Thanks for shopping at EcoDreamr. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

    As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at EcoDreamr. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at EcoDreamr, you agree to the terms set forth below along with  Policy.

    If there’s something wrong with the  you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to issue a refund and return your .

    If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:


    Refunds

    We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

    Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

    We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that EcoDreamr is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

    We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

    Shipping

    EcoDreamr is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
