Refund Policy

Once we receive the return your refund will be processed immediately. The time required for receiving the refund in your account often depends on your location and payment method chosen to make the initial payment.

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At Urban Medley, we stand by each product we sell. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will happily take a return. We work with a 14-day cancellation policy. This means within 14 days of receiving the product you need to inform us about your decision to return it. You do not have to give us a reason to return but we would really like to know why the item did not meet your approval. You can return it to us within 14 days of informing us about your decision to return. We will refund the purchase price for the product. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As soon as you discover a faulty, missing, or damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or contact us at [email protected], if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue
  • Finally, return your products in the original packaging and include the invoice and/or packing slip.
