Shipping Policy
Shipping to EUROPE is free.
Please note that for shipments to any other destinations outside the European Union, you may incur Customs charges.
DELIVERY TIMES
Your parcel will be prepared to be shipped between Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 16:00h, once the payment has been confirmed. If you place your order outside of these hours or on a Sunday or a bank holiday, we will pick and pack it so it’s ready to go the following working day.
Once your item is ready in our central warehouse, we will send you an email with all the information so you can track it.
Below are our delivery times:
Shipping to Spain (Portugal included): 1-3 working days
Shipping to the rest of the EU: 1-6 working days
Shipping to the rest of the world: 2-10 working days

DELIVERY ADDRESS
The orders will be delivered to the delivery address you fill in the order form. We will not be liable for deliveries to incomplete or wrong addresses.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to any post office box and we do not accept any order when we are not able to identify the consignee and her/his address.
Refund Policy
You can return your order within 14 calendar days after the item is delivered to you.
Returns are free of charge for any orders, as long as the shipment back to our offices is made through the transport agency that we recommend, specified at the time of the return.
To return an item from our online shop, you will need to follow the following steps:
Request the return at [email protected] within 14 calendar days after the item is delivered to you.
Fill in the return form you will receive inside your parcel.
Articles will need to be shipped back to us:
- In their original state, together with any accessories the item came with.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must include all original tags.
- Items must include all original packaging.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days following the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the items, or, if the items that made up your order were delivered separately, within the 14 calendar days following the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these items.
In the event of returning products by post or courier, please send the BOUSIINNE products and the return form to the following address:

The right to cancel the agreement will be applicable provided that the BOUSIINNE products are returned in the same condition as when you received them, together with their full original packaging, labels, and all related accessories. If the returned order does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive a refund and we will return the BOUSIINNE order products with unpaid postage.
We will determine whether the BOUSIINNE products are in the same condition as those in which they were sent to you. You will be liable for all losses in value of the products due to handling, beyond that required to establish their nature, characteristics, or how they work. No refund will be offered for returned products that are damaged, incomplete, spoiled, used, or soiled due to the fault of the client, and they will be returned to the sender and sent with unpaid postage.
Regardless of the payment system you used, the amount will be refunded as quickly as possible, and always within 14 calendar days from the date on which BOUSIINNE was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement. Notwithstanding the above, BOUSIINNE may withhold the reimbursement until it receives the products, or until the consumer has provided evidence of having made the return, in accordance with whichever condition is met first.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item you will have to follow the following steps:
Return the item you ordered first (please, read the RETURN section and follow the steps).
Make a new order with the item you would want to receive in exchange for the first order.
Important note: Contact us if the item you would like to get in exchange for your order is not available on our website. If it will have a replacement we will reserve it for you.
CANCELATION
Once you finish your purchase, we will send you a confirmation mail with all the details of the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
We remind you that it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order if it is already prepared.
