Care Instructions
For cleaning, we advise against products that cannot be in contact with the eyes. Some ideas for cleaning them, with a clean cloth always, dissolved in water:
- Saline solution dissolved in a little water with the cloth well wrung out
- Sterile eye wipes, provided they are environmentally friendly.
- Your daily make-up remover dissolved in a little water.
- A little baking soda dissolved in water. It is important that it dissolves well.

Refund Policy
REFUND
In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description of the issue
