To make an exchange, you must first return and order the desired item(s) again on our site.

Returns are free only in Metropolitan France.

To make a return, there is only one procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to the address [email protected] indicating the reason for your return, your contact details, the order number, and the references of the products to be returned.

2. Print the return label we will send you by e-mail; affix this label directly to your package.

3. Print the return form we will send you by e-mail. The form can also be found in the DELIVERY & RETURN section.

Please note that only one return form is accepted per order.

4. Place the item(s) in the original envelope or sturdy, suitable packaging along with the completed return form. Items must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn, and unwashed with the hygiene tag. If you are returning your entire order, please also return the pouch.

5. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return it and be reimbursed. After this period, you can no longer be reimbursed.

Outside of this procedure, no return can be processed by our services.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will carry out a verification, then we will issue the refund to the account used when ordering within 14 working days.
