Hi, I’m Damla,
Founder of Swiss Impact Store
I always wanted to find a place that felt like it was created just for me. I did find one I loved but every piece was 300-400 CHF and still made of plastic.
The more I learned about the industry, the more I realized that most of what we wear today was made by people like you and me—except they weren’t paid fairly. They work 18-hour days, often in buildings without windows or proper bathrooms.
And once I learned how most clothes are made, I couldn’t unsee it. So, I went into research mode.
How It All Started
In 2019, during a trip to Bangkok, I saw a backpack made of recycled plastic bottles. Back then in Switzerland, we weren’t even talking about things like that. That one product opened up a whole world for me. I started learning everything I could about sustainability, supply chains etc.
In 2021, I launched Swiss Impact Store to recreate the feeling I had in my favorite boutique but with brands I could actually trust.
What do I mean by sustainable brands?
To me, a truly sustainable brand takes responsibility at every step—from how things are made to what happens after we’re done with them.
Some people use scoring tools like Good On You to check if a brand is sustainable. You don’t need that here.
At Swiss Impact Store, every brand is vetted based on our 5 core values.
When I started, there weren’t many options. And the ones that did exist screamed “eco-warrior”.
But something told me to trust the process. So I spent the next 4 years building and growing this marketplace to over 1,500 products.
The best part? They’re all from Swiss or European brands I know personally. I’ve met the founders and I’ve seen how they work.

This club is about building long-term relationships. The yearly model helps keep it personal, curated, and ad-free. It also gives me time to actually get to know your taste and deliver real value throughout the year.
What if I don’t like the recommendations I get?
Totally fair. You can always let me know—style evolves, and I adjust with you. That’s the beauty of having a real person (me!) behind the curation. The more feedback you give, the better it gets.
Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Yes, and it’s a great idea. Just let me know and I’ll set it up with a custom message and onboarding email from you.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime via the link in your account or just shoot me a message. Your membership will stay active until the end of your 12-month term, and you won’t be charged again.
