REFINED AVOCADO OIL:

Refined Avocado Oil is a natural version of avocado oil that has been deodorized, in order for its scent not to impact the overall composition of the massage oil. It contains a high percentage of Vitamin E, as well as potassium, lecithin, and many other good nutrients that deeply nourish and moisturize your skin. The oleic acid also promotes collagen production, which helps grow new skin. This accelerates the healing process, helping with sun damages as well. 

GINGER:
Rich in anti-inflammatory compounds, Ginger Essential Oil is often used in aromatherapy, having a strong, warm, and spicy scent. It is stimulating and warming and can enhance concentration and can soothe and reduce feelings of stress, sadness, fatigue and agitation.
LIME:
The invigorating scent of Lime Essential Oil may help promote mental clarity and encourage creativity, boosting your energy. It is also known as being a natural skin lightener, helping to minimize the intensity of fine lines & brown spots. 
LEMONGRASS:
Known for its tropical, spicy and citrusy scent, often used in South-East cuisine and herbal medicine. Due to its ability to reduce fever, Lemongrass Essential Oil earned the name “fever grass” in some cultures.
VITAMIN E:
Vitamin E is a key ingredient that supports skin well-being and promotes cell regeneration, as well as supports the immune system.   It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Refund Policy

In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As soon as you discover a faulty, a missing or a damaged item, please contact us by raising a support ticket under your profile or start a conversation in ChatBox, if supported by us, with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the issue

The SIS team is following every process to ensure customer satisfaction.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]  and only upon our answer, send your item to: Chemin des Sources 2, 1134, Chigny, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 CHF, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
