Care
We recommend washing the New Orchard organic cotton winter hat by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C. We strongly recommend that you do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean it, as this may result in the fabric becoming brittle or the product becoming distended.
These New Orchard accessories are made entirely in Poland. They are also free of any animal-derived materials, so 100% vegan.
Shipping Policy
The average delivery time is between 3-7 working days from the time of receipt of payment.
Every product purchased is carefully packaged in an environmentally friendly and sustainable box and covered with biodegradable film.
We send our products in Switzerland by Swiss Post.
From an order value of 1000 €, shipping in Switzerland is free of charge.
Refund Policy
In order to request a refund, you need to create an account with SIS. Under your profile, go to Orders and click on Refund next to the item you would like to return or contact SIS customer service at [email protected].
To return your product, please use the following address: New Orchard, Seestrasse 82, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.
The sender is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued at over 75 EUR, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items
We only offer refunds on items purchased at regular price. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
